KITAZATO workshops in Valencia
The team of embryologists from Gyncentrum Clinic took a part in embryological workshops improving the skills of cryopreservation (freezing) of gametes and embryos by vitrification.
The scientific training was organized by the leading European center IVF - IVI Clinic from Valencia, Spain, under the aegis of the world leader in vitrification - KITAZATO from Japan.
During the panel of workshops, the participants of the meeting had the opportunity to deepen knowledge and practical skills in the field of freezing and thawing embryos and reproductive cells. Additionally, during the theoretical session, the principles of embryo transfer after thawing were discussed (KET, cryo-duplex transfer).
The practical and theoretical knowledge gained will enable the Gyncentrum team to implement more advanced medical procedures in the area of embryological assisted reproduction techniques even more effectively.
